Jeffrey J. Stribing is the fourth of generations in Lancaster. A graduate of Lancaster Central High School and a fifteen year Erie Countey Sheriff's Deputy. He is a proactive member of the Village of Lancaster Board of Trustees of which five of those years, he served as Deputy Mayor. His service on the Village Board included reducing water fund deficits and ultimately the consolidation of the water system with Erie County Water Authority. He pressed for a study of merging the village and town Police Departments leading up to the merger. Working with the Fire Department he initiated free smoke detectors for families in the village and as chairman of Economic Development, the Village Industrial Park was expanded. Jeff served the role as Chairman of the Independence Day Committee re-introducing fireworks after a 12 year absence and has been a strong proponent of special events for family enjoyment and the promotion of the Central Business District. In 1985 Mr. Stribing was elected President of the Lancaster Community Development Corporation. In his different capacities he has helped with the development of the Lancaster Town Senior and Youth Centers, negotiated the amenities and design of the Broadway reonstruction, the 'Central Avenue Streetscape' and presently is the Local Program Administrator for a $400,000. facade and building renovation New York Main Street Program along Central Avenue.His life has consistently been service to family, faith, and community. His family consists of wife Kimberly and six children Shaylee, Amber, Jasmine, Chanelle (serving in the U.S. Army as a Private 1ast Class assigned to the Intelligence Division), Trever and deceased son Hayden . Prior to losing his sight Jeff was an active volunteer fireman, and served as President of the Protective Hose Co. #1 100th Anniversary. He is a Past Exalted Ruler of the Lancaster Elks Lodge. He served as President of the Lancaster Lions Club, elected District Governor of the Lions Clubs of WNY and also had the privilege of being elected the Chairman for the New York State and Bermuda Lions Clubs. Only the third of four WNY DGs ever elected in the 70 year history. After losing his sight and learning the needs for better diagnostic technology, clinical care for the underinsured and insured. He also became aware of the importance of research of eye disease and eye care and low vision rehabilitation. Reconfirming the Lions Clubs diretion he formed a 501c3 not-for-profit Lions Vision Beyond Sight Foundation to raise funds for the Lions Diagnostic Imaging Center that he helped form in a collaboration between the 54 Lions and Lioness Clubs of Western New York, the University at Buffalo Ophthalmolgy and Biomedical Sciences Department and Olmsted Center for the Visually Impaired to create the Ira G. Ross Eye Institute thanks to his widow Elizabeth Pierce Olmsted Ross and dozens of foundations and more individual philanthropists to establish a world class state-of-the-art Eye Institute in Buffalo.
His goal as the Village of Lancaster Community Development Corporation President is to form collaborations with community visionaries, preservationists, innovative business persons, developers and philanthropists. Linda has been the President of Devere Mortgage
Corporation d/b/a Hunt Mortgage since December of 1991. She was Assistant Treasurer for Hunt Real Estate Corporation from 1979 until the inception of Devere in 1984. In her current position, Linda oversees offices in Western New York, Rochester, Syracuse, Sarasota, Florida and Phoenix, Arizona.
During Linda's tenure, she has performed many roles, including but not limited to that of teacher, lecturer, Board Member, Committee Member and volunteer.
Linda has completed extensive training in courses through the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and The First Boston Capital Group.
Linda is active in the local community and is currently serving on the Lancaster Village Community Development Corporation Board of Directors. In addition she has been a PHH Advisory Board Committee Member, a Realty Alliance Executive Committee Member, past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Western New York, a member of Lenders Sub-Committee with the Greater Buffalo Board of Realtors, a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Western New York and a member of the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers. Linda has also been a volunteer of the American Cancer Society, the March of Dimes, Chairman of the Publicity Committee for Telephone Assurance Program for the Elderly for the United Way and Local Coordinator for Telephone Assurance Program for the Elderly for the United Way as well.

John was born and raised in New York City, and moved to Lancaster in 2000. Since that time, John has been employed by Pyramid Brokerage Company as an Associate Broker, specializing in the sales and leasing of Commercial Real Estate. Prior to that, he had been in the Banking profession for 12 years, most recently as an Assistant Vice President in the Commercial Mortgage Department of the NYC Division of M&T Bank.
John also serves as the Chair of the Lancaster Family YMCA, and was a past Vice Chair of the Lancaster Area Chamber of Commerce.
John lives in the Village with his wife, Heather, and Golden Retriever, Quincy.

Mr. Edward J. Myszka is a lifetime resident of Lancaster and an alumnus of the school system. This is the first time in the history of the Lancaster Central School District that an alumnus has been named superintendent.Mr. Myszka has served the district as a business teacher, chair of the business department for 12 years, advisor to the DECA club, vice president of the Lancaster Central Teachers Association, and assistant superintendent of business and support services for 27 years, working with Dr. J. Norman Hayes, Dr. Joseph L. Girardi, and Mr. Thomas J. Markle. A member of many community service organizations including the Knights of Columbus, the Lancaster-Depew Chamber of Commerce, the Polish Falcons, the Lancaster Elks, the Loyal Order of Moose Club of Lancaster, the American Legion, and Twin District Fireman's Benevolent Association, Mr. Myszka is treasurer of the board of the Lancaster-Depew Boys and Girls Club and secretary and life member of the Lancaster Lions Club. Honored by the Lions as their 2007 Educator of the Year, Mr. Myszka also received the Business First Pathfinders Award in 2005. The Pathfinders Award news release noted, "In his role as assistant superintendent, Mr. Myszka has supported educational programming for Lancaster students. He has helped secure funding for Lancaster students to enjoy state-of-the-art technology, an athletic field house, and other exceptional facilities. As a Lancaster native, Ed is a very dedicated community member, participating in activities and fundraising for more than 15 local organizations. Ed is also recognized for promoting higher education by participating on the scholarship committee of the Professional Businessmen's Association. He has served the Lancaster Central School District faculty and administrative staff for four decades."Mr. Myszka is a Registered School Business Administrator (RSBA) through the Association of School Business Officials International; he received his Educational Administration and Supervision Certification from State University of New York College in Buffalo; a Master's Degree in Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from SUNY@B. In addition, he was honorably discharged as a Drill Sergeant/Staff Sergeant from the United States Army Reserve, 98th Division. Mr. Myszka has been noted for achieving savings for the Lancaster Central School District through collaborative agreements with the Town and Village of Lancaster and other municipal agencies. Under his direction, the district has received energy grants saving the taxpayers in excess of$350,000.Mr. and Mrs. Myszka are the parents of three grown children, Joelle, Adam, and Jason. The family belongs to St. Mary's Church parish.

Matthew Walter is a lifelong Village of Lancaster resident, attending Our Lady of Pompeii Elementary and St.Mary's High Schools. He graduated from SUNY College at Buffalo in 1996 with a custom Bachelor of Science degree highlighting his studies in Business, Theatre, Psychology and Creative Studies.
Upon graduating, he joined the esteemed Creative Problem Solving Group-Buffalo consulting firm serving under the president and assisting with workshops both in the US and Europe. He then moved on to LT Equipment in Amherst, working his way up to Vice President of Marketing, Sales and New Product Development, before leaving to form his own company, Madd Matt's Entertainment, in 1999.
Madd Matt's Entertainment specializes in providing unique entertainment options for corporate, non-profit and educational events. His company began marketing and manufacturing their own NASCAR themed attraction internationally in 2001 and introduced the Cyber-Sportz video-game lineup in 2004. Madd Matt's Entertainment is currently celebrating their 10th year in business.
Matthew, his wife, and their two sons currently reside in the village. He is looking forward to assisting the Lancaster CDC with their efforts to reinvent the downtown business district.
